Scotsman Prodigy ELITE® ice cube machine and bin stainless steel exterior

The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/B330P/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice cube machine and bin have a stainless steel exterior with a metallic finish to resist scratches and dents. This unit can make 365 pounds of ice and has a Harvest Assist feature that pushes ice into the bin with hot gas and a probe. It has an air-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system and an air filter located at the front to improve air circulation, while the WaterSense purge control feature adjusts water quality to reduce scale buildup. Technical service and warranty information is provided to the user with the QR code on the front of the unit. Operators can download Scotsman’s ICELINQ® mobile app to check the ice maker’s dashboard, adjust the settings, and walk through a step-by-step interactive cleaning process. Antimicrobial technology is built-in to keep the machine sanitized between cleanings, and all of the internal components are accessible through the removable, self-aligning front panel.

The Scotsman MC0330MAX-1/B330P/AP1-P ice bin can store 344 pounds and includes an ice scoop with a built-in holder. Between the liner and the wall, polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to provide structure. For flexible installation, the drain is recessed and the baffle can be removed to simplify cleaning. With hidden hinges, the door is spring-loaded for safe opening and closing. The polyethylene interior protects against scuffs and scratches from the ice scoop. This unit comes with the AP1-P water filter.
